"Spellbound, Potions &Pixie Dust"

Oklahoma City Petroleum Club

Imagine if you will, mom and dad dressed in elegant formal wear, holding the hands of a 4 year old pixie and 11 year old wizard. Families dress the part and experience together the magical and exciting world of "Spellbound, Potions and Pixie Dust" with games for all, music, dancing and of course King Arthur, the Knights of the Round Table, Princess Aurora, Snow White, Cinderella and more! Oklahoma Children's Theatre will create their fairy tale magic Saturday, April 14, 2012, overlooking Oklahoma City's beautiful skyline from the Petroleum Club.

The Schedule

5:30 Families check in and register on the ground floor of the Oklahoma City Petroleum Club.
There will be family games and cocktails for the adults.

6:30 Parents may begin to check-in their little ones at the Children’s Ball (35th floor).
All children should be checked in by 7pm.
Kids will enjoy a buffet dinner, games, dancing, craft projects, a very special magic show plus a performance by the Oklahoma Children’s Theatre Youth Company.
Professional Nannies from Latchkey Child Services will be provided to supervise children 5 and older. Your own babysitter is required for children 3-4 years of age.

7:00 Adults move to the 34th floor.
Grown-ups will enjoy dinner, a wine & beer bar, live auction and games.
NOTE: Children are allowed in the adult dinner but must purchase an adult ticket at $125 per seat. (Tickets for the Children’s Ball are $50 per child.)

9:00 Parents check-out their little ones from the Children’s Ball.
Please do not pick-up your children before 8:30pm, as they will miss some of the fun! All children should be checked out at 9pm.
Sprinkle on some fairy dust and think a happy thought! Everyone dances to the live music sensation “Urban Addiction.”

10:00 Drawbridge goes up!
Time for all Pixies and Pirates (and their royal families) to head back to their castles.

Pricing

All seats in adult dining area on 34th floor (regardless of age): $125
Children attending Children’s Ball: $50

Babysitters

Your own babysitters/nannies are required for children 3–4 years old (sitters for children 5 and older are also welcome,
but not required).
Sitters accompanying children in the adult dinner must purchase an adult ticket at $125 per seat. However, complimentary tickets will be issued to sitters attending the Children’s Ball.

  • facilitate a free afterschool theatre arts program to local elementary schools
